Health Warranty:

American Hunting Doodles, LLC (AHD) guarantees that your puppy is in good health, has had his first round of immunizations and has been dewormed. You have three (3) business days from date of pick up or delivery to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If your puppy is found to be in poor health, you have the option of returning puppy to the AHD, at your cost, for a full refund. A written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness is required. If your puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within three business days of this purchase date, this health warranty is null and void.

American Hunting Doodles provides this warranty for two years after the date of sale against any debilitating congenital defects. In the event your puppy exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital defect, you must supply any requested veterinary records to AHD within seven days of informing AHD of the defect. American Hunting Doodles has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of AHD’s choice at AHD’s expense. If your puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the AHD’s veterinarian, you waive all right to a replacement puppy.

This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, hernias, hypoglycemia, Guardia or Coccidiosis. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.

If it is determined you puppy does have a genetic disorder that is identified within two years of purchase, you have the option of a replacement puppy from the next available litter. Your puppy need not be returned to AHD provided there is documented support of medical condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and if it becomes necessary to ship a replacement puppy, those fees are to be paid by you.

If your puppy should die from a suspected congenital defect within the 24 months of date of purchase, a necropsy must be performed at your expense by a licensed veterinarian acceptable to AHD’s own veterinarian. If the necropsy shows a congenital defect as the reason of the death, AHD will provide you another puppy of equal value. A written statement from a licensed veterinarian must be provided. This warranty is void in the event of an undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis.

No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made except as stated. All representations on hunting ability and coat quality are best guess by AHD and not promised or guaranteed.

This warranty is non-transferable.

NEUTERING MALES BEFORE THE AGE OF 24 MONTHS AND SPAYING FEMALES BEFORE FIRST HEAT CYCLE VOIDS THIS WARRANTY.

By submitting a deposit and purchasing a dog, you, the buyer agrees to:

1. Not breed your puppy without entering into a Breeder Agreement with AHD. No outside breeding rights are granted or allowed.

2. Bear all costs relating to the sale of your puppy, including transportation. The risk of loss or injury to puppy is on the buyer at all times after the dog leaves the AHD.

3. Only feed puppy premium quality dog food. Dog food should be wheat, corn, soy-free, with meat (not meat by-product such as meat meal) as the first ingredient.

5. Make and keep annual veterinary appointments for puppy, keep all immunizations current in accordance with guidelines of the American Veterinary Medical Association and properly administer heartworm preventative medication.

6. Postpone strenuous, repetitive exercise until after puppy is one year of age.

7. Contact AHD immediately if you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason, and to return puppy to AHD or have AHD find new home for puppy.

8. Never place puppy in a shelter, pound, or similar facility or research laboratory.
